Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, and the beaten egg. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture and roll it into a ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let the balls bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once removed from the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm!
