- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, and the beaten egg. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture and roll it into a ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let the balls bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
- Once removed from the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm!
