Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the ribeye roast with the mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Place it in a roasting pan, cover it with foil.
- Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until it reaches your desired doneness, basting occasionally.
