- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Cube rye bread into 1-inch pieces.
- Create Layers: In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cubed rye, corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Drizzle with half the dressing. Repeat layers.
- Mix the Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
