Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Red food coloring
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or Andes mints

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to sugar cookie mix package instructions. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar cookie mix, softened butter, flour, and egg until well blended. Add red food coloring until desired shade is achieved. Spread evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  2. For the cream layer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread over the cooled cookie base.
  3. For the pudding layer, whisk together instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Pour pudding over the cream layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the pudding layer, add colored Cool Whip, and top with crushed peppermint or Andes mints.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow layers to set.
