- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- 8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar, then gradually add flour and cocoa until a dough forms. Press evenly into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
- Melt the dark chocolate over simmering water until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and 1/4 cup sugar until glossy. Fold in raspberries.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let the tart cool completely before serving.
Notes
Pair with whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat. Allowing the tart to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving enhances flavor.
