- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 150g bok choy, chopped
- 250g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Slice the chicken and prepare the vegetables.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, stir-frying until tender but still crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce, gently tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
