Description

A quick and flavorful Chicken, Mushroom & Bok Choy Noodles dish that can be prepared in just 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 150g bok choy, chopped
  • 250g egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice the chicken and prepare the vegetables.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add mushrooms and bok choy, stir-frying until tender but still crisp.
  6. Add the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce, gently tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
