- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice the smoked sausage.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
- Toss potatoes and sausage with olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
This dish is adaptable; feel free to add or replace ingredients according to your family’s taste. You can use turkey sausage for a lighter version.
