Description

A quick and easy family favorite featuring tender potatoes and savory smoked sausage topped with melting cheese and a burst of ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice the smoked sausage.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Toss potatoes and sausage with olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
