Ingredients

  • 1 cup pinto beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pinto beans, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, onion, milk, ketchup, chili powder, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
