- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Grease a baking dish. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded cheese. Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or spices.
