Description

A creamy and cheesy chicken casserole that combines shredded chicken, rice, and broccoli, making it a perfect weeknight meal for busy families.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Grease a baking dish. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
