- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, and potatoes.
- In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, heavy cream, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
