Description

A quick and comforting casserole with chicken, broccoli, and cheesy goodness, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, and potatoes.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, heavy cream, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
