Description

A quick and delicious cheesy baked gnocchi dish with ground beef and fresh spinach, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package gnocchi (1624 ounces)
  • 1 pound ground beef (lean)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with seasonings.
  4. Stir in spinach and marinara until spinach wilts.
  5. Combine gnocchi and beef mixture in a baking dish, top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions or bell peppers when cooking the ground beef. Broiling for an additional 2-3 minutes can add a crispy cheese topping.
