- 1 pound ground beef (lean)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with seasonings.
- Stir in spinach and marinara until spinach wilts.
- Combine gnocchi and beef mixture in a baking dish, top with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped onions or bell peppers when cooking the ground beef. Broiling for an additional 2-3 minutes can add a crispy cheese topping.
