- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your baking pan thoroughly or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs until thick and smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan, spread the cheesecake mixture over, then top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl together.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
Notes
For fudgier brownies, bake on the lower end of the time range. Dust with powdered sugar for a beautiful presentation.
