- 2 cups chicken, cubed
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cashews, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Adjust the vegetables based on your preference and feel free to add chili flakes for a bit of heat.
