Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the puff corn twists evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Whisk constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Allow the caramel to boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, then remove it from heat and stir in the baking soda.
  5. Immediately pour the hot caramel sauce over the popcorn twists, gently stirring and tossing to coat the popcorn evenly.
