- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 2 cups apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss cubed squash and sliced apples to coat.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, dot with butter, and sprinkle with pecans and raisins.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the squash is tender.
