Description

A delightful blend of sweet and savory butternut squash and apples, enhanced with spices for a perfect autumn dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 2 cups apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss cubed squash and sliced apples to coat.
