Ingredients
- Baguette or Ciabatta
- Fresh Burrata Cheese
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Juicy Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice your baguette or ciabatta into 1/2 inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each slice.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and combine them with chopped basil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven and top each slice with burrata cheese.
- Add the tomato and basil mixture on top of the burrata.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar and a little more olive oil on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, add roasted garlic or prosciutto.
