Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, fusilli, or rotini)
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, stirring until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer in a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.
