Description
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring creamy Brie and sweet-tart blackberry jam.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of Brie cheese
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread blackberry jam on one slice of bread and whole-grain mustard on the other.
- Layer brie cheese and sprinkle rosemary on top of the jam.
- Close the sandwich and butter the outside of each slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
To retain crispiness, reheat leftovers in a toaster oven or skillet over low heat.
