- 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled) or 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh herbs such as parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions, usually around 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil to help it crisp during baking.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
- Add the crumbled bacon or sausage, diced bell peppers, and red onion evenly over the cheese.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the toppings, making sure it spreads evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm.
