Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled) or 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs such as parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions, usually around 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil to help it crisp during baking.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
  7. Add the crumbled bacon or sausage, diced bell peppers, and red onion evenly over the cheese.
  8. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the toppings, making sure it spreads evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before slicing.
