Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up until browned and draining excess grease.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the hash browns evenly on the bottom.
- Scatter the cooked sausage over the hash browns and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 45 minutes until set.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
