A quick and flavorful Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry with tender beef and colorful veggies, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef (sirloin or flank steak), sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, stir to combine, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
