Description

A quick and flavorful Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry with tender beef and colorful veggies, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sirloin or flank steak), sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan, stir to combine, and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
