- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Marinate beef with black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper until tender. Add broccoli and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, mix everything together, and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
