Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
