Description
A quick and delicious vegetarian pasta dish that can be made in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 8 oz of spaghetti
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, until they soften.
- Mix in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables or herbs according to your preference.
