Description

A quick and healthy beef stir-fry with snow peas and mushrooms, ready in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the mushrooms and snow peas, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
