Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the mushrooms and snow peas, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or add a splash of rice vinegar for extra flavor.
