- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok.
- Add sliced beef, cooking until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender but still crisp, 2-3 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine.
- Toss in cooked noodles and combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
