Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok.
  3. Add sliced beef, cooking until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender but still crisp, 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine.
  7. Toss in cooked noodles and combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
