This quick and easy 2-banana banana bread is Max’s favorite, made with just two ripe bananas, creating a sweet, moist loaf with a golden crispy top. It’s perfect for busy mornings or after-school.

- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups Flour (Can substitute with whole wheat)
- ½ cup Butter/oil (Can use oil for dairy-free)
- ½ cup Brown sugar (Adds moisture and flavor)
- 1 Large Egg (Can substitute with flax egg)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Adds flavor depth)
- 1 tsp Baking soda (Helps bread rise)
- ¼ tsp Salt (Enhances sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease loaf pan
- Mash 2 ripe bananas
- Mix wet ingredients (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla)
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top
- Tap pan to release air bubbles
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, check with a toothpick
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
