This quick and easy 2-banana banana bread is Max’s favorite, made with just two ripe bananas, creating a sweet, moist loaf with a golden crispy top. It’s perfect for busy mornings or after-school.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups Flour (Can substitute with whole wheat)
  • ½ cup Butter/oil (Can use oil for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup Brown sugar (Adds moisture and flavor)
  • 1 Large Egg (Can substitute with flax egg)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Adds flavor depth)
  • 1 tsp Baking soda (Helps bread rise)
  • ¼ tsp Salt (Enhances sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Grease loaf pan
  3. Mash 2 ripe bananas
  4. Mix wet ingredients (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla)
  5. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  7. Pour batter into pan and smooth top
  8. Tap pan to release air bubbles
  9. Bake for 45-55 minutes, check with a toothpick
  10. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
