A comforting twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, this Baked Reuben Casserole is quick, easy, and family-approved.

- 1 lb corned beef, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices rye bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
- In another bowl, combine rye bread, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the bread in a greased baking dish, top with the meat mixture, then the remaining bread.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit for a few minutes, then serve!
