- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), or heat oil for frying.
- Set up three bowls for flour, eggs, and coconut-breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat tenders in flour, then eggs, then the coconut mixture.
- For baking, place on a greased sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. For frying, cook in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
