- 1 round Brie cheese (8–12 ounces)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1/2 cup cranberry-pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Center the Brie cheese on the rolled-out pastry, spread jelly over it, and sprinkle with pecans.
- Wrap the pastry around the Brie and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the wrapped Brie with the egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different jams or nuts. Best served warm with crackers or fruits.
