Description

A quick and delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole that brings the rich flavors of a classic cheeseburger to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Add ground beef and onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard, and half of each cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like pickles or barbecue sauce. You can use ground turkey as a healthier alternative.
