A quick and delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole that brings the rich flavors of a classic cheeseburger to your dinner table.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Add ground beef and onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard, and half of each cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like pickles or barbecue sauce. You can use ground turkey as a healthier alternative.
