Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean counter.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, carrots, green onions, almonds, cranberries, and mixed salad greens.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and seasonings.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated.
