Description

A quick and irresistible salad combining tender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and sweet-tart cranberries in a zesty sesame dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean counter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, carrots, green onions, almonds, cranberries, and mixed salad greens.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and seasonings.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
