- 1 jar dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice pickles and set aside.
- Prepare the breading stations: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with a mixture of cornmeal, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat each pickle slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the cornmeal mixture.
- Arrange the breaded pickles in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- Lightly spray the pickles with cooking spray and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a customizable experience, try both sweet and spicy pickles or add spices to the coating as desired.
